Customise your PDF tickets (white label exclusive)

You can now upload a custom background image to PDF tickets, so every ticket your attendees receive looks and feels like you.

How to customise your PDF tickets for all of your events

Head to edit your Event confirmation email for all of your events, or one specific event.
Make sure the Attach ticket vouchers as a PDF checkbox is ticked.
Open the Customise PDF dropdown.
Click Upload background image and select your file. Use the crop tool to trim it to A4 dimensions.
Click Preview to see how your tickets will look before saving.

That's it! Just one more way to make your events truly yours. 🎨
