You can now offer SMS Text message reminders at checkout, so your ticket buyers get a helpful nudge 24 hours before your event.

This has been live (and loved) in the UK for a while, and now even more ticket buyers across the pond can get timely updates!

What buyers get:

1. An instant SMS confirmation message after booking
2. An SMS reminder 24 hours before each event

Handy for them. Reassuring for you.

How pricing works

Sending reminders costs 10c per event, per order.

So, if a buyer books:

1. One event → 10c total
2. Two events in the same order → 20c total

As always, the price your buyer pays is fully under your control.
