Get every order, including multi-checkout orders, via API and MCP 🤖

You can now pull multi-checkout orders into your reports and automations using our new v2 orders API and order webhooks.

Until now, orders where a buyer purchased tickets to several events in one checkout didn’t appear in the API at all. With v2, they do.

Each line of an order carries its own event, bundle and discount details, so you get the full picture of what was bought. The new structure also handles partial refunds, payment plans and multiple tax rates, giving you all of your data to create helpful workflows.

To get started, you can access the v2 orders API and set up order webhooks from your Dashboard. Your existing API keys work with both versions, and your current v1 endpoints and webhooks will keep running as they are, so nothing breaks if you’re not ready to switch.

Using Zapier? Our new Zapier app (v3.0.0) supports the v2 order structure, and we won’t move existing Zaps over automatically. You can update when you’re ready.
