If your event has seated tickets, we now list the seat in its own column on doorlist CSV exports. Previously, it matched the PDF export and included the seat details alongside the name. This makes it easier to organise and filter seat information when checking guests in.
Emails sent from tickettailor.com now feature Gmail’s blue verified checkmark, confirming our identity as a trusted sender.
Why does this matter?
✅ Boost trust and credibility – you can be confident that emails you receive from Ticket Tailor are legitimate.
✅ Improve email deliverability – Reduce the risk of important messages being marked as spam or phishing attempts.
This update helps make sure that key communications, such as ticket sales notifications and payout confirmations, reach your inbox reliably. 🎟️✨
You can now ban specific email addresses to prevent certain people placing orders.
To add an email address to your banned list:

Click the three dots next to any product, click Duplicate and a form will appear pre-filled with all the details of the product you are duplicating. Change what you want to change and click Save.
You can now add variants to your products such as tee-shirt sizes. Each variant can have it's own quantity, price, picture and anything else.
If you use Facebook pixel tracking, TikTok pixel tracking, or Google analytics you may be required to collect cookie consent from users.
You can set this up from your Dashboard if you have activated any tracking apps. Go to Box Office Settings, click Cookie Consent, enter a consent message and click Save. The ticket buyer will be given the option to Accept or Decline. If they accept the tracking scripts will run, and if they decline then they won't.
Note, you can set up apps from the Connect Apps section of Box Office Settings.
