If your event has seated tickets, we now list the seat in its own column on doorlist CSV exports. Previously, it matched the PDF export and included the seat details alongside the name. This makes it easier to organise and filter seat information when checking guests in.

If you use Facebook pixel tracking, TikTok pixel tracking, or Google analytics you may be required to collect cookie consent from users.

You can set this up from your Dashboard if you have activated any tracking apps. Go to Box Office Settings, click Cookie Consent, enter a consent message and click Save. The ticket buyer will be given the option to Accept or Decline. If they accept the tracking scripts will run, and if they decline then they won't.

Note, you can set up apps from the Connect Apps section of Box Office Settings.
