Searchable dropdowns

Long dropdown lists can be tricky to navigate, especially when you're asking ticket buyers to select from many options. To make this easier, we’ve introduced searchable dropdowns at checkout.

Now, when a dropdown has more than 10 options, buyers will automatically see a search box—making it quicker and simpler to find the right answer.

Tiered ticket pricing

Shared by Jonny • March 31, 2025

Tiered ticket pricing allows you to schedule higher priced tickets to come on sale when another ticket is running low about to sell out.

When setting up your higher priced ticket, expand 'Advanced settings' and check the box that says 'Hide until another ticket type is running low'. Then select the ticket you want to replace, and set a buffer quantity, when you want it to kick in (we recommend around 10). You can chain multiple tickets in this way if you have a number of pricing tiers.

Don't forget, if you want the other ticket to disappear, you can set it "Hide when sold out".
