Make life easier for your members with our new Apple Wallet integration.

You can now let members save their membership passes straight to Apple Wallet, making check-in faster and more seamless, with no searching for QR codes in old emails.

🎨 Customise your membership passes.
📱 Let members store them on their phones.
✨ Deliver a better experience for everyone.

You’ll find it in: ‘Settings’ → ‘Connect apps’ → ‘Onsite & attendee experience’.

Already using Apple Wallet for tickets? This works independently, so you’ll need to set this up for memberships (giving you more customisation opportunities too!)

You can now delete sensitive personal data from individual orders.

Whether you're cleaning up your order data in line with your data retention policies, or responding to GDPR data erasure requests, you can now obfuscate data directly from your orders page - saving you time, and keeping your customer's data safe.

You can now ask your buyers and attendees for a signature at checkout!

Collecting a signature during checkout provides an extra layer of confirmation that your buyers have read (and agreed to) your terms and conditions.

It’s particularly useful for:

  • Events with physical activity (e.g., sports, fitness, or outdoor activities)
  • Events with age or health requirements
  • Any event where you require a signed waiver

Simply edit to your checkout form to add your T&C's and request a signature.

If you're someone who obsessively checks your sales to see how close you are to a sell out event, this one's for you...

We’ve just made it even easier to keep track of your event capacity.

Now, when you create or manage an event, you’ll spot your new 'Event capacity' tracker front and centre. It shows your total ticket sales across all types, helping you see what’s sold, what’s left, and what might need tweaking.

This update also makes it easier to edit a ticket’s capacity. You’ll see a tracker of current sales versus total ticket capacity when making ticket tweaks:

🧠 Understand your unsold capacity, to make smart marketing decisions.
