We’ve made it even easier for your customers to fulfil their Memberships 🙌
After purchasing, ticket buyers can now add member details and complete their Membership setup directly on the confirmation page. No need to head to self-serve to finish setting things up.
If the Membership is for themselves, they can simply tick ‘Use ticket buyer details’ to prefill their first name, last name and email address, making the process even quicker ⚡
Self-serve is still available, and customers will continue to receive their fulfilment email once their transaction is complete.
